Terms of Service

Wemify is a workspace for planning, creating, reviewing, scheduling, and tracking content, campaigns, and lightweight sales workflows. The product is currently offered in beta, which means features may change as we improve the platform.

You need an account to use Wemify. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for what happens under your account. If you create a workspace for a team, you confirm that you have permission to act on behalf of that team.

You agree not to use Wemify to:

• Break the law or infringe other people's rights.
• Send spam, phishing, or other abusive content.
• Use the product in a way that invades other people's privacy.
• Upload sensitive personal categories of data unless it is necessary and lawful for you to do so.
• Store payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or similar sensitive identifiers inside the app.
• Misuse the product for scraping, contact enrichment, or harvesting personal data.
• Attempt to disrupt the service or access data that is not yours.
• Reverse engineer the platform or attempt to bypass security controls.

Wemify is designed for marketing planning, content workflows, and lightweight business contact tracking. You agree to only add data into Wemify that fits this purpose.

• You must have a valid reason and the right to add any business contact data you store in Wemify.
• You should not enter sensitive personal data into comments, notes, CRM fields, drafts, or AI prompts unless it is necessary and lawful.
• You are responsible for your own compliance with the laws that apply to the contacts, leads, campaigns, and content you create or store.
• Wemify is not designed to be the system of record for highly sensitive personal data such as health, financial account, government ID, or special-category data.

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload in Wemify. You give us a limited license to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you and your workspace members. You are responsible for the content you enter, including making sure you have the right to use it.

Wemify is a beta productivity tool. AI-generated content and SEO suggestions are assistive outputs, not guarantees. You should review, edit, and verify them before publishing or acting on them.

SEO Opportunity Scores and SEO ideas are estimated from your inputs and our internal logic. They are not based on live keyword rankings, live search volume, or live SERP data, and they do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Pricing and plan limits may change with reasonable notice. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; Wemify does not store your payment card details.

You can stop using Wemify at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.

To the extent allowed by law, Wemify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months.

We may update these terms over time. If we make a meaningful change, we will let you know inside the product or by email. Continued use of Wemify after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Wemify integrates with third-party services including Zernio (social media publishing), Stripe (payments) and Google (authentication). By using Wemify, you agree to the relevant terms of these third-party providers. Links to their terms and privacy policies are available on their respective websites.
