2. What Wemify does not intend to collect
Wemify is not designed to collect any of the following:
- Phone numbers through the current app interface.
- Government identification numbers.
- Personal home addresses.
- Private personal email addresses, unless a user chooses to enter one.
- Payment card numbers.
- Health information.
- Religious or political views.
- Criminal or legal history.
- Family details or birth dates.
- Sensitive personal profile information.
- Full email inbox contents or call recordings.
- Scraped social profiles or automatic contact enrichment data.
- Backlink data, live keyword rankings, or live search volume during the beta.
Users should avoid entering sensitive personal information into comments, notes, CRM fields, drafts, or AI prompts. Wemify is intended for marketing planning, content workflows, and lightweight business contact tracking.
3. AI processing
Some Wemify features use AI to help you generate or summarize content. AI features may process selected workspace context when you generate campaign briefs, campaign plans, drafts, SEO ideas, SEO briefs, summaries, or other suggestions.
Current AI-assisted flows include:
- SEO suggestions (ideas, clusters, briefs, and opportunities).
- Campaign plans and campaign draft writing.
- Adapting a draft to a specific channel.
- Workflow and dashboard insight summaries.
We aim to send only the context needed for the requested action. Draft text may be sent to AI when you ask Wemify to adapt content to a channel. Dashboard and insight summaries may send limited, sanitized workflow payloads.
CRM contacts, leads, prospects, comments, and notes are not currently sent to AI. Wemify does not use AI to profile people. Please do not include sensitive personal data in prompts, drafts, comments, CRM notes, or generated content.
AI-generated SEO ideas and SEO Opportunity Scores during the beta are estimated from your inputs and our internal logic. They are not based on live SEO databases, live rankings, or live search-volume data, and are not a guarantee of results.
4. CRM and business contact data
Wemify's CRM and sales features are intended for lightweight business contact and campaign follow-up data. You should only add business contact details that you have a valid reason to store.
Business email may be stored if you add it. Wemify does not collect phone numbers through the current CRM interface. You should not store sensitive personal information in CRM fields or notes.
Wemify does not currently provide automatic enrichment, inbox or email sync, scraping, or full personal profile lookups. For business contact data that you add to your workspace, you remain responsible for deciding what data to add and why.
5. How we use your data
We use the data above to:
- Provide the workspace and the features you sign up for.
- Send important account, workspace, and product notifications.
- Improve performance, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
6. Sharing and sub-processors
We do not sell your data. We share limited information with service providers we use to operate the product. Each provider is bound by their own terms and privacy obligations.
- Stripe, payment processing and billing.
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase, application hosting and database.
- Lovable AI Gateway, AI inference for the AI features above.
- Transactional email provider, invite, account, and support emails.
Authentication
Wemify uses Supabase for authentication. You can sign in with email/password or via Google OAuth. When you use Google sign-in, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not store your Google password.
Third-party integrations
When you connect your social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X) to Wemify, we use Zernio as a third-party API provider to manage these connections. Your social media access tokens are stored securely and used solely to publish content on your behalf. We do not share your social media credentials or content with any third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the publishing functionality. You can disconnect your accounts at any time from Settings.
7. Data retention and deletion
Workspace data is generally kept while your account or workspace is active. Some items can be archived or deleted directly inside the app where the feature is available.
For account or workspace deletion, or for access, correction, or export requests, contact us at support@wemify.com. During the beta, these requests are handled manually.
Transactional, automation, and security logs may be kept for a limited period to keep the service reliable and secure.
8. Security
Wemify uses a workspace-based access model with roles and member permissions. Data is isolated per workspace using Row Level Security at the database layer. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls.
Payment card details are not handled by Wemify; they are processed by Stripe. We follow a minimal-data approach so there is less to protect in the first place. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we continue to improve our controls as Wemify grows.
9. International transfers
Wemify may process data in countries other than your own through our service providers. When we do, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers to keep your data protected.
10. Children
Wemify is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, please contact us so we can remove it.
11. Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you. You can request any of these by emailing support@wemify.com.
12. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will post the latest version on this page and note the update date at the top.
